Recent Audit Successes

At R & G Technologies we have high level technical expertise, however our focus is always Customer Service First. Here are 2 recent examples from happy customers:

John Drakos Solicitors had recently invested a great deal of money with another IT consulting firm performing a complete network rollout including a new server. After the installation, there were a number of problems and issues which was hindering the organisation. Upon inspection and a full audit of the system R & G identified a number of issues with the network, which caused great concerns for the continuity of JDS. Being an established legal practice, any form of downtime has a considerable cost associated with it.

After assessing the information in this report John Drakos made the decision to proceed with R & G Technologies on resolving these issues. This was done over a weekend so there was no disruption to JDS. After this project was complete the following feedback was supplied:
